However, we encourage everyone to participate in a Welcome and Member Orientation Session beginning at 4:00 p.m. This 90-minute session is an opportunity to meet, greet, and learn about CCPIO and its value to members. Come check out an engaging overview of the benefits of CCPIO membership, new resources available, and the types of responsibilities and functions that court PIOs carry out on behalf of their organizations. All members are highly encouraged to attend this informative session. You are also invited and encouraged to attend a reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres Sunday evening. Casual dress will help facilitate this networking and social time with members. This year’s theme is “All Access” to justice and courts. Session topics will center around the various stakeholders and audiences of the courts who expect to access courts and information about courts anytime and anywhere. Learn and share information that will relate to your critical job responsibilities in the judicial system, as well as how to modernize systems to deliver on 21st century expectations. Special focus will be on how technology can increase access to courts, court information, and court data. All topics and sessions are being designed to align with CCPIO’s core competencies.
